Axentra Solutions ("Axentra", "we") is responsible for the personal data collected through this site, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations.
1. Data controller and contact

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide when filling out the contact form or requesting a demo:
- First and last name
- Email address and phone number
- Role and institution or organization
- State and country
- Products of interest and project stage
Our servers also log minimal technical data (such as IP address) for security and site operation. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site, and we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes — necessary for the relationship you request:
- Responding to your contact or demo request
- Following up on your interest and scheduling meetings
- Preparing proposals and quotes
Secondary purposes — sending you information about our products, news or events. You may opt out at any time by writing to privacidad@axentrasolutions.com; opting out will not affect how we handle your request.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with:
- Service providers that help us operate (web hosting, email and customer management), who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
- Competent authorities, when required by law

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it when inaccurate, cancel it and object to its processing (the "ARCO" rights under Mexican law), as well as to withdraw your consent and to limit the use or disclosure of your data.
To exercise them, email privacidad@axentrasolutions.com with your full name, the right you wish to exercise and how you would like us to respond. We will reply within the timeframes set by law. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Mexico's data protection authority (INAI).
6. Retention and security
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and we apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it, including encryption of data in transit.
7. Data processed on behalf of our clients
The systems Axentra deploys for government institutions and enterprises process information under each client's responsibility; in those cases Axentra acts as a data processor, under contract and applicable law. This notice covers only the data collected through this website.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date.
